The PDF also contains a link to a short video tutorial/walkthrough. If you do not have a Notion account, you will be prompted to sign up. Creating an account is free and there is a free personal plan option. (The free plan has a storage limit for uploaded photos/files). 

2. Duplicate and open the template in your Notion workspace. You may want to make an extra copy of the journal to play around and get familiar with the platform first. There are plenty of tips and instructions throughout if you are new to using Notion.

3. Customize the template to your needs, aesthetics, and have fun with it! You can add/delete any content, change the colors, upload photos, and make it 100% your own. The template comes with example/placeholder text and images to help you get started.

Where/how do you use the template in Notion?

Notion is compatible with most web browsers (excluding Internet Explorer), desktop computers, and mobile devices (IOS and Android). I prefer the desktop app or web version because I find them easier to use. The formatting of the template may appear slightly off in the mobile app but can be easily edited to fit your device.
